Joe Jared apparently runs a company called OsiruSoft Research and 
Engineering, with a web site of www.osirusoft.com -- his email 
addresses are the only "company" contact addresses.  Joe appears to 
have a second "company" domain, www.oretek.com (and there he is 
joejared@oretek.com ).

This web page is yellow, because the x-no-archive stalker is 
anonymous * AND * I shall show that he is one Stephen Joseph Jared; 
in short, the page is yellow, because he is a contemptible coward.

This web page is being written because enough evidence has come out for reasonable people to
believe the stalker/harasser/liar/defamer and THE x-no-archive stalker and spammer has been
identified.  I believe I have identified "Taylor Jimenez" beyond a reasonable doubt as Joe Jared,
aka Stephen Joseph Jared, of Orange, CA.

It is important to identify this individual, who has committed forgery and who has engaged in behavior
that has included not only stalking and harassment AND lies and defamation, but also has included 
what clearly appear to be attempts at extortion (basically saying: "you do not participate on Usenet
OR I will keep a personal defamatory web site up on you" AND "take your critical content web page,
criticizing the psychotherapy field, down OR I will never take my web site on you down" ).  Clearly,
this is NOT asking for personal courtesies or the reciprocation of personal courtesies, but is "you do
something I want and I will NOT do some unrelated (and unconnected and dissimilar) thing that YOU
don't want".  THIS, TO MY UNDERSTANDING, IS EXTORTION. 

Furthermore, the individual known as "Taylor Jimenez" (and often posting as "Just Taylor" or as
"Taylor Netscum") is associated with me receiving threatening (even terroristic) email (specifically,
saying I should watch my MAIL closely given the anthrax threat -- or something to that effect; this  
email came shortly after 9/11 and shows what a thug and un-American coward this man is).  Also,
angering "Taylor Jimenez" has resulted in some of my email accounts suddenly receiving 10 megs
of SPAM per day -- causing me to have to shut down or not use some of my email accounts.  I have 
also been a victim of mass forgeries, called "joe jobs" (I wonder why? --perhaps more research will tell). 
AND, recently associated with this individual or a related GANG is:  a credit card being taken out in my 
name.  Earlier my house was put up for rent on Yahoo.com and a mortgage application was taken out in my
name.  I feel that identifying this CABAL gang leader, "Taylor Jimenez", is important because of the
continued illegal activities and the seriousness of them.  The gang, unfortunately (OR fortunately), knows
how to operate under the legal "radar", committing offenses small enough that busy legal authorities
do not become involved, OR doing illegal behaviors that would involve civil action that would cost all
parties money.

People should understand that evidence on "Taylor Jimenez's" posting to Usenet
(newsgroups) is very hard to find.  While he has undoubtedly posted around 10,000
times to Usenet (almost all stalking/harassing posts against particular persons) ONLY
about 5% of his posts have been "on-the-record" (i.e. NOT x-no-archive).  Several
people in several newsgroups have been stalked and harassed, lied about, and defamed
by "Taylor Jimenez" AND several have had similar personal sites put up against them by
"Taylor Jimenez", to control, intimidate, punish, and abuse these individuals for "fun"
and "just because he 'can' " (i.e. can get away with it).  His web pages are PERSONAL 
(no other content) and not sincere opinion pages or based on facts; and his pages include 
not only gross misrepresentation and lies, but also 'manufactured evidence' -- e.g. using 
forgeries as evidence.  Many of the assertions and accusations on his web pages are 
completely unreasonable and libelous and have no basis in fact.  

For an example of Joe Jared's manufactured (false) "evidence", see 
http://www.wilhelp.com/bj_faq/bomb1.html. This whole page is forgeries, posting through 
an open Russian server, using posting software I never used (and the poster signing with 
my name -- something I did nowhere for YEARS)!  And, Joe Jared damned well KNOWS 
this.  He just engages in intentional wrongful defamation in his attempts at EXTORTION. 
There are 500 examples of forgeries associated with "Taylor" or his punk pals. 
Another example is his accusations about certain people being one's "friends", with NO 
basis in evidence.  His web pages also state I have been investigated by police, which is 
completely false (the only police I have ever seen in my life are traffic cops).   Many anon 
posts to Usenet are unreasonably identified as being my posts when they are not.  I 
believe it is important that this contemptible psychopath be exposed by name and finally

Summary of the Evidence

Joe Jared and "Taylor Jimenez" in the same places 
during exactly the same time periods.

Not only do "Taylor Jimenez" and Joe Jared presently both live in Orange County and apparently in the 714 
area code, but BOTH were in San Francisco (or the immediate area) in the late 80s and early 90s.  Here is 
some of the evidence for that:

FIRST, "Taylor":

Taylor (at an email address I know is him), speaks about “cisco” and usf -- which is the
University of San Francisco (as you can see in the second “Taylor” post quoted).
A third post below indicates “Taylor” was at usf until 1993 (after having been there 5 years); apparently he 
graduated in 1993.)

A couple of things..  While at USF (five years) I never met anyone

from "Frisco" who went bezerk when hearing it.  Oh they hate LA, but

not for that reason!  If the whole state of California is bad, where

are we supposed to go?  Not that I would, I'm happy with Newport

Greetings from Newport Beach, California.  I have a question for you

about a Jeffery D. Hunt.  Over the past month many people have been

following his posts in USENET groups alt.config, alt.mcdonalds.crew,

news.admin.net-abuse.usenet and others.  He's been quite busy with

multiple crossposts, newsgroups creations and removals.  He has made

some enemies, threaten people and made an overall nuisance of himself.

He claimed his cousin did many of these antics and now is claiming

this is part of his sociology project on behavioral study, this post

can be found in the above NG's and is posted below.  I wonder if this

is true?  Is St. Mary's condoning the abuse of USENET newgroups?  The

creation of bogus newsgroups?  Threatening to emailbomb others from a

St. Mary's school email account?  The attempt to remove such

newsgroups as alt.slack and alt.binaires.slack?  It's been sometime

since I graduated from University of San Francisco, so I honestly

can't remember if such antics are allowed.

Everything I have said above about Jeffery D. Hunt can be verified

using www.dejanew.com and typing "Jeffery D. Hunt."  There you will

find his threats to emailbomb and explanations on why he had abused

USENET over the past month.

The only time I heard of this was on a radio show, except that the

announcer was also the guest.  Phil hendrie on KFI does impressions,

and during a skit he said that by 2020 Christianity would fall.  There

may be some basis for this somewhere, but it surely wasn't a for real

skit.

Although Jared (in defense against this expose') has claimed to barely
know Tietjens, there is excellent evidence to the contrary.  In fact,
they were co-defendants in a lawsuit about the exact same time
"Taylor Jimenez" moved his personal defamatory and abusive web
site against me (wilhelp.com) TO Rich Tietjen's server!!!

Joe Jared and "Magnus Pym" both had girlfriends that had the 
exact same mental disorders (bipolar and borderline personality 
disorder) AND BOTH "Pym" AND Joe Jared (posting under that 
NAME) misspell "borderline personality disorder" as "boarderline 
personality disorder".  This is really VERY rare.

because the misspelling in the phrase "boarderline personality disorder" is so unique MOST
of the posts where it occurs are Jared's posts, "Pym's" posts, OR them being quoted!!!

This is PRECISELY how "Taylor Jimenez" (Joe) treats ME, 
Brad Jesness.

When I have written to him or his server host about his wilhelp.com domain, making 
appropriate content and having appropriate objections, "Taylor" and his pals have

communication.  This man is rude, indecent, inappropriate PUNK (but what can you

A google search using the terms, "Joe Jared" 
CABAL,  shows a connection between Joe Jared and 
"the CABAL".  

AND, BOTH Gary Burnore (a long-time host of wilhelp.com) and Rich 
Tietjens, the present host, ALSO have a connection to "the CABAL".

The suggestion that there could be all the other "coincidences" cited on this page 
(between "Taylor Jimenez" and Joe Jared) and then there is this stand-out connection 
as another 'coincidence' (of such a sort!) would remove all doubt from any person's 
mind that "Taylor Jimenez" is Joe Jared.  (By the way, "Taylor Jimenez" is the last 
alias given for the responsible party behind the abuse domain, lart.com, before its 
owner was hidden in another way by domainsbyproxy.com .)

Other Interesting Phenomenon: "Taylor" Web 
Page Updates and Usenet Happenings:

Many frequent "interesting" updates occurred to the "Taylor" wilhelp 
web site June 8, 10, and 15 (2005) ALL just giving us more hints that 
"Taylor" indeed has been outed (as Joe Jared). 

The disappearance of both "Just Taylor" and Joe Jared from Usenet 
AND the appearance of another anonymous poster ADVERTISING 
the wilhelp.com site AND actively defaming Brad is also noteworthy. 
THEN after about a week (and likely after reading the last sentence) 
the "Jimenez" poster, "Just Taylor", returns and posts about 100 off- 
topic posts in a row to sci.psychology.psychotherapy IN A MOST 
OBVIOUS FREAK-OUT <-- THE DATE, Sunday June 19, 2005.

Does anyone still believe that "Taylor Jimenez" has not been 'outed' 
as Joe Jared?  I doubt it.  BUT, READ ON!!

Other Reasons to Believe "Taylor Jimenez" is Joe 
Jared:

* Joe Jared is an alcoholic (who has not been sober for much over a 
year and he participates in AA groups); "Taylor Jimenez" has been 
identified as a person with problems with alcohol and NEVER has 
mentioned drinking, like so many other thugs hoodlum anon stalkers 
do.

* Both "Taylor" and Joe Jared talk about routers, but NEITHER can 
build even a simple web page themselves NOR have any knowledge of 
meta tags.

* Both "Taylor" and Joe Jared are good friends of Sanford Wallace, 
since Wallace is the person behind SPEWS and Joe Jared (like Rich 
Tietjens) is a major SPEWS users and promoter.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  "Taylor Jimenez" (Joe Jared) 
phoned me and I have a recording of his voice!

In the phone call, the caller (who was calling anonymously from a pay phone -- to threaten 
and harass) indicated he was "Taylor" and STATED THAT HE WAS A FRIEND OF 
SANFORD WALLACE.  The proven friendship between Wallace and Rich Tietjens and now 
between Joe Jared and Wallace, adds a lot of evidence to the proposition that 

Sanford Wallace is behind SPEWS.

(We know that Sanford did not really clean up his act, but just stopped 
email spam because of a Court Order.  He went into spy bots and has recently been in court

Oh, by the way, the tape of the harassing phone

CONCLUSION: Joe Jared is THE infamous 10,000-post spammer

have been posted IF Joe Jared did not have incredible reasons to

At about 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 27 a post was made to 
news.admin.net-abuse.email suggesting that 
joejared.info could be purchased & within an hour 
"Taylor" buys it!!

of www.joejared.info and it was available at around 3:30 p.m. Sept. 27
(I checked SINCE "Taylor" owns www.bradjesness.com & uses that for 
 defamatory purposes against me!).  BUT, BY LESS THAN AN HOUR  
LATER, "Taylor" has purchased it and announces (posting as "Just 
Taylor") that it "is taken".  ONLY Joe Jared would spend $ this way.

There was little opportunity for anyone other than "Just Taylor", who was active at 
the time on several newsgroups (doing off-topic harassing stalking and personal 
spamming of about 10 other newsgroups at the time), to observe the post mentioning the 
idea of buying www.joejared.info .  Then that domain is bought using HIS TRUE ALIAS 
and listed with HIS completely false and bogus registration information -- BOGUS 
INFORMATION  EXACTLY LIKE THAT PROVIDED BY "Taylor Netscum" or 
"Taylor Jimenez" for lart.com and hell.flame-wars.org and other falsely listed ABUSE
DOMAINS.   THEN, this fool, posting as "Just Taylor" announces that

Either Joe Jared outright lied about getting a phone call OR someone (likely Joe Jared,
