Joe Jared/ "Taylor Jimenez" Correspondences:

* Joe Jared and "Taylor Jimenez" are in the same places during exactly the same time  
   periods -- including presently. 

* Both "Jimenez" and Jared have people that are close to them that are retired colonels 
   from the United States Air Force. 

* Both "Jimenez" and Jared listen to KFI radio and comment on that in Usenet. 

* Both Jared and "Taylor" share the very same quite unique used of the words in their 
   Usenet posts.

* Both "Taylor" and Jared share the same technical interests and technical expertise.

* Both "Taylor" and Jared are pals of Rich Tietjens, another anti-"spammer". 

* Others have seen Joe Jared as a cyber terrorist (as is "Taylor Jimenez").

* "Taylor" became personally involved in a fight "Magnus Pym" (another Internet 
    harasser) was having ** AND ** only Joe Jared would appear to have the motivation  
    to become involved .

* It looks like Jared has participated in other newsgroup harassment, with other CABAL 
   members (and "Taylor" is an acknowledged CABAL member). 

* Both "Taylor" and Joe Jared have a SBC/PacBell Connection. 

* A newsgroup post shows "Taylor" (pretending to be someone other than Jared) showing 
   some unusual concern over some connecting Jared to SPEWS. 

* Another person citing Jared as a likely SOURCE of email spam ("Taylor" , too, has 
    been associated with VERY serious cases of email spam, and worse). 

* Unlike, probably 99.9% of the civilized world, Joe Jared will NOT respect 
   person-to-person email, even from people who have appropriate business with him 
   ("Taylor Jimenez" is exactly like this). 

* A google search using the terms, "Joe Jared" CABAL, shows a connection between 
   Joe Jared and "the CABAL" (like "Taylor"). 

* Joe Jared is an alcoholic (who has not been sober for much over a year and he 
   participates in AA groups); "Taylor Jimenez" has been identified as a person with 
   problems with alcohol and NEVER has mentioned  drinking, like so many other thugs 
   hoodlum anon stalkers do. 

* Both "Taylor" and Joe Jared talk about routers, but NEITHER can build even a 
   simple web page themselves NOR have any knowledge of meta tags. 

* Both "Taylor" and Joe Jared are good friends of Sanford Wallace, and Joe Jared 
   (like Rich Tietjens) is a major SPEWS users and promoter. 

* Oh, by the way, the tape of the harassing phone call from "Taylor Jimenez" was played 
   to people who had sued him and heard his voice and it was said: "I surely cannot say it 
    is not Joe Jared". 

* Joe Jared (by HIS name) posts a completely BOGUS "tech analysis" of a letter I 
   received from a police official (ONLY "Taylor Jimenez" would have the motivation 
   to do this, but Joe Jared decided he wanted to speak BY-NAME to give the BOGUS 
   analysis more credibility).

* At about 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 27 a post was made to news.admin.net-abuse.email 
   suggesting that joejared.info could be purchased & within an hour "Taylor" buys it!! 
  This is most astonishing especially because I checked the availability of 
   www.joejared.info and it was available at around 3:30 p.m. Sept. 27(I checked SINCE 
  "Taylor" owns www.bradjesness.com & uses that for defamatory purposes against 
   me!). BUT, BY LESS THAN AN HOUR LATER, "Taylor" has purchased 
   it and announces (posting as "Just Taylor") that it "is taken". ONLY Joe Jared would 
   spend $ this way. 

* Several other domain names, like joejared.com and joejared.org were ALSO bought 
  that same hour by "Taylor" & one the next day (one was bought by 'Kevin Filan', 
  "Taylor's" pal).

* ALSO: Joe Jared makes totally false and BOGUS claim that I phone him, so he could 
   come up with an excuse to abuse me by his REAL NAME also. 

* AND: "Just Taylor's" opinion of lawsuits (and apparently he has one) TOTALLY 
  MATCHES that of Joe Jared (Jared is sued for being an abusive ass). 

* "Taylor Jimenez", on his several anon personal abuse web sites, NEVER says anything 
    about Joe Jared being falsely accused of being "Taylor" -- because, obviously, the 
    accusation is true.

* THIS IS A NEW PIECE OF EVIDENCE (& this and the next 3 "bullets" of evidence 
   are the only pieces of evidence not yet found on the linked web page; IN GENERAL, 
   there is MUCH more evidence on the linked web page -- including a LOT not even 
   mentioned here, on this overview web page).  Anyhow, the first new observation is:

   Joe Jared sends copies of his email to "Taylor Jimenez" with NO EXPLANATION
   of what the email is or why he is sending it -- even when that is not immediately clear.
   This is just one of another example of the "very easy friendship" that developed
    immediately between Joe Jared and "Taylor Jimenez".  (We know about this
    'correspondence' because "Taylor" has quoted supposedly forwarded email he
    received from Joe Jared.  Why would Joe Jared instantly develop a close and easy
    friendship with "Taylor Jimenez" -- the x-no-archive stalker and worst spammer on
    all of Usenet?;  there is ONLY ONE REASONABLE EXPLANATION:  Joe Jared,
    aka Stephen Joseph Jared of Orange, CA and of oretek.com and osirusoft.com *IS*
    "Taylor Jimenez".)

* ALSO NEW: "Taylor Jimenez" is a known jeep fanatic, apparently achieving his 
    "manliness" ONLY by driving Jeeps and shamelessly BOASTING ABOUT IT IN 
     rec.autos.makers.jeep+willys.  Now, LIKE "Taylor", good pals of Joe Jared (like 
     Stuler) have also been tied to the same jeep fanatics newsgroup.  AND, there is a 
     particular jeep that is connected both to "Taylor Jimenez" and to Joe Jared (via pics)!

*  NOW COMPARE THE HANDWRITING OF Joe Jared with that of "Taylor Jimenez" . 
[It must be noted that although "Taylor Jimenez" has collected mail 
at a P.O. Box, NO IDENTITY ID WAS REQUIRED and the post office person 
in the town where "Taylor" collected the mail told me that he did not know whether 
there is any real person name "Taylor Jimenez" or not.  "Taylor Jimenez" apparently 
was unable to collect Registered Mail at his P.O. Box, where Identity ID would have 
been required.  Apparently, there is NO living adult "Taylor Jimenez" in the entire state 
of California AND IT IS A KNOWN FACT that the name(s) associated with the P.O. Box,
where "Taylor Jimenez" once collected a bit of mail , is/are NOT "Taylor" OR 
"Jimenez".  "Mickey Mouse" could collect mail at the Grover Beach P.O. Box ! ]

* NEW BONUS FACT:  "Taylor's" wilhelp domain switched to Rich Tietjens' "hosting 
   service" the VERY same time both of these abusive bozo control freaks  (Tietjens and 
   Jared) were in Court together. (Actually: "FLED TO" would be more appropriate 
    wording than "switched to" BECAUSE wilhelp.com had been KICKED OFF AT 
    LEAST THREE OTHER WEB SITE HOSTING SERVICES FOR ABUSE; EVEN 
    Tietjens had to switch "upstream" providers BECAUSE THE PROVIDER HE HAD 
    THREW Tietjens' spamblocked.com (the HOST of wilhelp.com) OFF THEIR Internet 
    connection, i.e.  Tietjens lost one upstream provider because he hosts this abuse domain.)
