THE OFFICIAL RESPONSE TO 
"Just Taylor" AKA Just Joe Jared

I have the following fully accountable, non-anonymous response 
to the 'work' of "Taylor Jimenez" and the unethical people who support 
his illegal activities. "Taylor" hides because he MUST hide. I need
not hide. I am accountable for my activity. I do not do illegal acts and 
run. I take responsibility for my response to the 'work' of "Taylor",
aka Just Joe Jared, et al. 

This is a statement for which I am legally accountable, right up front. 
(I need not snipe like an hiding coward because, I unlike "Taylor" operate 
in good faith and do not commit illegal acts.)

"Just Taylor" admits that the name he goes by 'Taylor Jimenez' 
is a true alias. He will not provide his real name, EVER ANYWHERE 
PUBLICLY ON THE INTERNET (HIS WEB PAGES INCLUDED). Thus, not even 
where any normal person with any integrity does. Taylor has NEVER 
participated on-topic in this newsgroup. We had never interacted anywhere. 
Yet, he hosted web pages for Peter Hood, with the involvement of 
his pal Leslie Packer (NY psychologist), for about 5 
years now. Given, he is doing this dirty work for others and against 
someone he has never even interacted with I do not think the 
following words are too strong: 'Taylor' is an anonymous terroristic stalker 
on Usenet. Not only that, but his web domain where he hosts lies, 
manufactured evidence, misrepresentation, and distortion has NO responsible 
party or real name associated with it. NONE OF HIS DOMAINS ARE VALIDLY 
REGISTERED OR LINK TO ANY CORRECT OR REAL PERSON. Again, this is true of 
all of "Taylor's" domains, where he also defames other people -- doing what 
he sees as a kind of vigilante law. THE MAIN THING TO REMEMBER IS: "Taylor" 
is not accountable and if this psychopathic individual thinks he is 
successful enough not to be identified, he will no doubt continue to commit 
illegal actions. Notice, that I do hereby accuse this individual of illegal 
actions; I do this under my name and with full accountability.

In contrast to 'Taylor' I identify myself on my web pages and my web 
pages are properly registered in my family name. On one of my informational 
web pages about "Taylor" aka Just Joe Jared, I say the following 
(and it is completely true):

This page is properly registered to the Jesness family and is put up by me, 
Brad Jesness. 
It is to inform people about the anonymous abusive coward, "Taylor Jimenez" 
(a true alias) aka Just Joe Jared. I have heard no complaints from Joe  
Jared. My opinions are all presented in good faith and 
the evidence those opinions are based on has been cited. I am a victim of the 
anonymous Usenet stalking and falsely registered abuse domains of one 
"Taylor Jimenez," AKA Just Joe Jared. 
I am not a coward like him. This page is hosted non-anonymously on a 
properly registered and truthfully listed web space. NO ALAISES OR FALSE 
NAMES OR FALSE REGISTRATION INFO. HERE. Thank you. 

May all those who are stalked, defamed, lied about, forged and harassed by punk, 
psycho cowards like "Taylor", take this page as an example. One way or another 
psychos become accountable for their sick kicks. I am an honest man.

not hiding from legal accountability. The likelihood of me lying is 
incredibly small. 

"Taylor", in contrast, make accusations that are speculative and have 
no reasonable basis in evidence, he KNOWINGLY presents manufactured 
evidence (forgeries) as evidence against me, he makes completely 
false charges (some with no evidence whatsoever). Often anonymous 
posts that are NOT me are claimed to be me. 

IN contrast, 
What I say on my web pages is exactly what I believe to be true and is backed 
(clearly) by reasonable evidence.

Obviously I stand by all the statements made on those web pages. You can 
tell because my name is on them. The web space is properly registered to my 
family. As just one example of Taylor using forgeries associated with his 
other terroristic activities and presenting that as evidence, see link 
number 8 on that last web page. Forgeries were mailed to Taylor. He removed 
the clear indicator of the Russian server they were out of, and now pretends (on 
one of his many intentionally false and defamatory web pages) that they are 
from me!!!! I will not bother to study all 'Taylor's' many web pages pointing 
out all the lies, manufactured evidence, baseless accusations, irresponsible 
speculation and other illegal activity. He keeps elaborating and updating this 
web site like the insane psychopath he is. 

There is one other issue I am happy to address. That is the issue of aliases. 
I have used none. I have posted legitimately anonymously or with one of 10 
valid e-mail addresses. I (perhaps irritatingly) used quite a lot of screen 
names with these 10 valid, well-known email addresses, but these screen names 
often simply served the purpose of post labels (as was a common practice a few 
years back -- I believe this practice was used often by the newsgroup founder, 
John Grohol, who I modeled). In addition to using just 10 well-known 
and valid email address (when not legitimately anonymous) I signed most posts 
when I was not under my most familiar screen name "Cognitee" !!!!!

I finally did take to posting in a legitimately anonymous fashion 
due to what I would call stalking by several of the psychologists

There is one SUPPOSEDLY LARGE "issue" I will address, that of aliases. 
I have never used any aliases whatsoever and have NEVER forged anyone. 
Let me tell you how you can see all this for yourselves. 
YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELVES THAT NO ALIASES ARE USED. **PLUS** YOU CAN JUDGE 
HOW GOOD OR BAD I WAS. *** I have canceled only 3 posts in all my time on Usenet ***
AND *** I NEVER POST X-NO-ARCHIVE ***, even when I have posted legitimately 
anonymously. UNLIKE, "Taylor Jimenez" who ALWAYS posts x-no-archive, I am 
YET AGAIN, in YET another way, more responsible and accountable. (If you could 
see just 1/1000th of "Taylor's" posts under his various true aliases (with _NO_ 
accountable email addresses) it would be absolutely clear that he is Usenet's 
greatest spammer/stalker/terrorist. There is every reason to believe that 
"Taylor" (aka Just Joe Jared) is the head of a punk Usenet group called the 
CABAL that gets its kicks out of vigilante behavior (some very sick punk kicks!). 
(This group puts peoples' houses up for rent against their will; tries to ruin 
entire families just because they do 'not like' one member. Most are simply 
destruction, punk criminals I believe 'Taylor' is one of their leaders. )
