Peter Hood has shown 7 years of associating with hoodlums and even with a child

clear. AND one fellow Peter has clearly used for years (as the direct evidence below

Peter has supported HIM and others who worked in a tag team with him
(e.g. "Client Lartvocate") to do stalking and harassment. A search of
groups.google.com for both of these names will provide a lot of information
on their characters and actions.
The following shows Peter Hood's long-term intimate involvement with a
stalking and harassment TEAM. Peter Hood has a masters degree in Forensic
Psychology from U. of Leicester, U.K. He is unfit to serve as
a psychologist in any capacity.
(By the way, Peter Hood strived for years to
remain an anonymous coward, but has at least minimally been exposed.
By his own choice he would have been a totally anonymous coward.
My definition of someone who is NOT an anonymous coward is: someone to
whom you could send legal papers. Finally his identity has been revealed
and his acts are being made public -- since he still uses the stalker/harasser
